12:51 --Monitoring--

Today at 12:22 CEST we received multiple errors from multiple Voice365 SBCs affecting multiple customers.
The errors show that Microsoft Teams Direct Routing endpoints were not responding, also the failover Microsoft Endpoint showed the same behaviour which caused inbound issue.

We see the Microsoft service restoring since 12:47 CEST. Some Microsoft Teams Direct Routing endpoints are still down but calls are being handled by other Microsoft endpoints.
