Maintenance

On Wednesday, July 13, between 20:00 and 22:00 we will perform maintenance on our storage cluster. This maintenance will not affect system availability.

To protect our subscribers from fraudulent calls we have developed additional measures on top of the existing call barring and bill shock prevention. Upcoming Friday 5 August we have scheduled an update where we enable the new default call barring profiles for all our subscribers.

Maintenance work is carried out to migrate all Eurofiber VLANs from the current NNI to the new NNI.

This will take place from 23:00 to 00:00. We expect a short downtime of 1 minute during this time window.

This activity is backed by a rollback plan.

On Thursday, September 1, we will be performing maintenance on our DNS servers. DNS is redundant so the maintenance will not affect the service.

Maintenance work is carried out to migrate all Eurofiber VLANs from the current NNI to the new NNI.

This will take place from 22:00 to 23:00. We expect a short downtime of 1 minute during this time window.

Preventive maintenance work is carried out to maintain the quality of the KPN WEAS network. We are unable to provide a specific timetable or order of works. Please consider that the interruption may last during the complete Service Window on the 15th of September between 1:00 and 07:00 .
