Maintenance

Preventive maintenance work is carried out to maintain the quality of the KPN WEAS network. We are unable to provide a specific timetable or order of works. Please consider that the interruption may last during the complete Service Window on the 15th of September between 1:00 and 07:00 .

Maintenance work is carried out to migrate all Eurofiber VLANs from the current NNI to the new NNI.

This will take place from 22:00 to 23:00. We expect a short downtime of 1 minute during this time window.

This activity is backed by a rollback plan.

On Thursday, September 1, we will be performing maintenance on our DNS servers. DNS is redundant so the maintenance will not affect the service.

On Wednesday 09-11-2022 between 07:00 and 10:00 will be performed on the power supply in AMS1. Because the power supply is redundant, this will not affect our services.

On wednesday, November 2, we will be performing maintenance on our DNS servers. DNS is redundant so the maintenance will not affect the service.
