We want to keep you informed about our upcoming monthly Service Maintenance scheduled for Wednesday, October 11th, starting at 2100 CEST.
During this planned maintenance window, which is estimated to last around 2 hours, our team will be conducting essential updates on the managed Voice365 SBCs provided by oneCentral. We want to assure you that the impact of this maintenance should be minimal, thanks to the High Availability mode in which all our managed Voice365 SBCs are operating.
To ensure uninterrupted call services and to safeguard against any potential call loss during this brief High Availability switchover, we strongly advise our partners to configure (Advanced) Failover for their end customer numbers.
