Due to upstream provider maintenance, in-country calls routing for specific destinations are temporary unavailable. Countries include but are not limited to: France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, etc

The issue has been localised and only affected specific customers. The issue has been resolved and we will continue monitoring throughout the day.

Our upstream carrier has reported a workaround which resolved the issue. No new occurrences were reported or detected in the last 24 hours.
