After the 1st of February, we'll introduce a new feature in the Search option in the Agent App: Job titles will be shown and it will be possible to search for groups.

To enable this feature smoothly for users, we kindly ask you to re-apply the permissions via the ROGER365.io admin portal. Please inform your customers or help them re-applying the permissions on 2nd of February.
-> Without doing this before the new release, the Search option will stop working until the permission are set.

Preventive maintenance work is carried out to maintain the quality of the oneCentral network. We are unable to provide a specific timetable or order of works. Please consider that the interruption may last during the complete Service Window between 23:00 and 04:00.

- Eurofiber Customer EVPN

On Tuesday, February 7 we will perform maintenance on our VMware hosting clusters between 20:00 and 22:00 CET. During the maintenance the vCloud portal (vcd.onecentral.net) will not be available. Virtual Machines will not be affected by the maintenance and will remain online.

On 21/3/2023 after 20:00 we will renew the wildcard certificate on several Managed Voice365 SBC's.

No downtime is expected.
