Maintenance

Due to the migration of a database services it wasn't possible to make outbound calls via our platform between 22:30 and 00:39 CET. The underlying cause of this failure was identified and will be resolved in a future update.

We will be performing a series of migrations of our core infrastructure. While no downtime is expected, certain functions such as web portals, sftp services, fax services among others might be unavailable for short periods of time which shouldn't last more than 5 minutes.

The first stage of the planned maintenance was completed successfully.
No services were interrupted.

Monday starting at 20:00 we will be performing maintenance in our AMS1 data center. The maintenance is not expected to affect services.

On Tuesday, Januari 11 we will perform maintenance on our VMware hosting clusters between 20:00 and 23:00 CET. During the maintenance the vCloud portal (vcd.onecentral.net) will not be available. Virtual Machines will not be affected by the maintenance and will remain online.

On thursday 04/01/2024 starting at 20:00 we are installing updates on several systems. The maintenance will affect the following services:

• vcd.onecentral.net
• service.onecentral.net

During the maintenance these systems will be unavailable for a short time.

On Thursday 29-02-2024 between 22:00 and 23:59 CEST we will perform maintenance on our storage systems. During the maintenance, storage nodes will be restarted one at the time. Due to the redundant design of our storage systems, this will not result in downtime. All systems will remain available as normal.
