Reseller Control Portal recovered.

All systems are upgraded and back online.

On Thursday 14 April we will perform maintenance on our VMware hosting clusters between 20:00 and 22:00. During the maintenance the vCloud portal (vcd.onecentral.net) will not be available. The Virtual Machines will not be affected by the maintenance and will remain online.

On Monday 11 April we will perform maintenance on our VMware hosting clusters between 20:00 and 22:00. The Virtual Machines will not be affected by the maintenance and will remain available.

Resolved:
We see that the AMS-IX service has been restored on their website. With this information we will close the incident on our side as well. While oneCentral has no participation in the issue that occurred today at AMS-IX, we regret that customers were affected by this.

We hebben geconstateerd dat de maandelijkse CDR v2 export voor partners mislukt is. Er wordt gewerkt aan een oplossing.

UPDATE:
Door een memory-issue konden de bestanden niet worden gegenereerd. Dit probleem is nu opgelost. De bestanden zijn inmiddels succesvol gepubliceerd.

On Tuesday evening between 20:00 and 22:00 we will install updates on the VMware Hosting Control Panel VCD. The Control Panel will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. The work will not affect the availability of the VMs.
