Preventive maintenance work is carried out to maintain the quality of the KPN WEAS network. We are unable to provide a specific timetable or order of works. Please consider that the interruption may last during the complete Service Window on the 12th of May between 1:00 and 07:00 .
Storage maintenance

On Tuesday 03-05-2022 between 20:00 and 23:00 CEST we will perform maintenance on our storage systems.
during the maintenance storage nodes will be restarted one at the time. Due to the redundant design of our storage systems, this will not result in downtime. All systems will remain available as normal.

Maintenance vSphere hosting clusters

On Thursday 14 April we will perform maintenance on our VMware hosting clusters between 20:00 and 22:00. During the maintenance the vCloud portal (vcd.onecentral.net) will not be available. The Virtual Machines will not be affected by the maintenance and will remain online.

Verstoring AMS-IX

We see that the AMS-IX service has been restored on their website. With this information we will close the incident on our side as well. While oneCentral has no participation in the issue that occurred today at AMS-IX, we regret that customers were affected by this.

Maandelijkse CDR v2 export mislukt

We hebben geconstateerd dat de maandelijkse CDR v2 export voor partners mislukt is. Er wordt gewerkt aan een oplossing.
UPDATE:
Door een memory-issue konden de bestanden niet worden gegenereerd. Dit probleem is nu opgelost. De bestanden zijn inmiddels succesvol gepubliceerd.
Maintenance Hosting Control Portal (VCD)

On Tuesday evening between 20:00 and 22:00 we will install updates on the VMware Hosting Control Panel VCD. The Control Panel will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. The work will not affect the availability of the VMs.
