Monday 23/10/2023 starting at 20:00 we will be performing maintenance on our KVM cluster. The maintenance is not expected to affect services.

The maintenance has concluded, and we're back up and running. In case of any unforeseen issues despite our rigorous testing, please don't hesitate to contact our Service Desk.

Due to the migration of a database services it wasn't possible to make outbound calls via our platform between 22:30 and 00:39 CET. The underlying cause of this failure was identified and will be resolved in a future update.

We will be performing a series of migrations of our core infrastructure. While no downtime is expected, certain functions such as web portals, sftp services, fax services among others might be unavailable for short periods of time which shouldn't last more than 5 minutes.

The first stage of the planned maintenance was completed successfully.
No services were interrupted.

Monday starting at 20:00 we will be performing maintenance in our AMS1 data center. The maintenance is not expected to affect services.
