We are currently investigating an internal issue regarding incoming calls. We have already rolled back an update which have resolved the issue at 8:30.

Update 9:30
Last night we were notified about database inconsistency and we were forced to apply an emergency fix. That fix was implemented at 7:50 this morning.
At 8:06 we were notified about high database load because of failures of delivery of incoming calls...

Verstoring AMS-IX

Resolved:
We see that the AMS-IX service has been restored on their website. With this information we will close the incident on our side as well. While oneCentral has no participation in the issue that occurred today at AMS-IX, we regret that customers were affected by this.

Maandelijkse CDR v2 export mislukt

We hebben geconstateerd dat de maandelijkse CDR v2 export voor partners mislukt is. Er wordt gewerkt aan een oplossing.
UPDATE:
Door een memory-issue konden de bestanden niet worden gegenereerd. Dit probleem is nu opgelost. De bestanden zijn inmiddels succesvol gepubliceerd.
