Instability of RTP servers

We are currently investigating 2 alerts about instability on our RTP servers which caused disconnected calls on the specific servers.
As soon as we have more details about the issue, we'll update this report.

We have isolated the issue so the issue won't affect all of our customers.

We continuously monitoring the issue and isolated our internal routing so it won't affect the vast majority of our customers.

Microsoft outage affecting Voice365 customers

The issue seems to be resolved by Microsoft, as we dont see any alarms within our monitoring. Microsoft has also mentioned the following on their statuspage:
We’ve identified that a wide-area networking (WAN) routing change caused impact to the service. We’ve rolled back the change and monitoring the service as it recovers. Some of the customers who had previously reported impact are also reporting recovery.
