We are currently investigating an issue with outbound calls: calls are being dropped or no audio after connecting.

Voice routing issues

In the periods between 12:20 to 12:23 and 12:31 to 12:37 we had a connectivity issue towards our operators. Both incoming and outgoing calls were affected.
UPDATE 22/09:
We have investigated the issue and came to the conclusion the issue was caused most likely by daily maintenance routines, which has triggered an unexpected lock on our databases.
We will try to reproduce the issue in a non-productional environment to find a solution for it.

KPN WEAS and KPN WOK maintenance

Maintenance work is carried out to migrate all Eurofiber VLANs from the current NNI to the new NNI.
This will take place from 22:00 to 23:00. We expect a short downtime of 1 minute during this time window.

Activation of new default call barring profiles

To protect our subscribers from fraudulent calls we have developed additional measures on top of the existing call barring and bill shock prevention. Upcoming Friday 5 August we have scheduled an update where we enable the new default call barring profiles for all our subscribers.
