We've got the confirmation from most operators (which aren't directly connected to us), the've adjusted the routing towards oneCentral to use more efficient routes.

We will be running a maintenance of one of our database clusters. During the maintenance window, some of our portals might unavailable for a short period (less than 2 minutes).

Issues on our hosting environment

We have analysed the logs of the VMware machine and the network switches. We see notifications of loss of link on one of the redundant connections.
We have secured the logfiles and will investigate the root cause on a later moment.
For now we will close this incident.

Emergency maintenance on our STUN server

On Tuesday, July 11th we will perform an emergency maintenance on our STUN server configuration starting from 10:00 CEST.
The work includes changing IP addresses in our DNS configuration, so that no disruptions to the operational environment are expected.
We will monitor our changes carefully and a rollback will be applied as soon as we
detect issues.

Some services are down

As of 02:00 AM on 2023-06-04 all systems affected by the outage are fully restored. All virtual machines were migrated off of the faulty server.
Redundancy was fully restored.
The hardware fault is to be further investigated.
