The issue has been resolved by reloading an older firmware.
Yesterday evening our supplier installed a new firmware version to prevent issues like yesterday. Unfortunately the new firmware caused unexpected issues, so we decided to rollback the firmware.

Our supplier has identified the issue and has restored the issue around 08:22.

Voice Calls not delivered into ROGER365 platform

ROGER365 has identified the cause of the issue. Microsoft confirmed that a (non-communicated) change was made to one of their backend services and due to their strict security policy they were unable to communicate with this service. ROGER365 will escalate this to the Microsoft Certified Contact Center product team.
This evening at 06pm CET ROGER365 will rollback the temporary workaround to normal production.

Degraded performance oneCentral Hosting on specific ESXi host

There was an ESX host in the cluster on which all the networks were no longer working properly. We have moved all VMs that were active on this host to other hosts in the cluster so that all VMs are now online again. We will investigate what caused the network problems on the ESX host.

ROGER365 Update: Action required for new feature: searching in groups

After the 1st of February, we'll introduce a new feature in the Search option in the Agent App: Job titles will be shown and it will be possible to search for groups.
To enable this feature smoothly for users, we kindly ask you to re-apply the permissions via the ROGER365.io admin portal. Please inform your customers or help them re-applying the permissions on 2nd of February.
-> Without doing this before the new release, the Search option will stop working until the permission are set.

Instability of RTP servers

We are currently investigating 2 alerts about instability on our RTP servers which caused disconnected calls on the specific servers.
As soon as we have more details about the issue, we'll update this report.

Microsoft outage affecting Voice365 customers

The issue seems to be resolved by Microsoft, as we dont see any alarms within our monitoring. Microsoft has also mentioned the following on their statuspage:
We’ve identified that a wide-area networking (WAN) routing change caused impact to the service. We’ve rolled back the change and monitoring the service as it recovers. Some of the customers who had previously reported impact are also reporting recovery.
